What this covers

This page explains what information the Cash Command OS website (cashcommandos.com) and the Cash Command OS Complete purchase handle, and who handles it.

Calculator and demo

The cash shortfall calculator and the interactive demo run entirely in your browser. Figures you type into the calculator are not sent to us or stored. The demo uses only fictional sample data.

Contact forms

If you send a question, the form sends what you enter (name, email, business name, business type, team size and your message) to us through Netlify Forms, our website host's form service. We use it only to reply to you about Cash Command OS. The forms never ask for bank details or account numbers.

Purchases

Checkout, payment, receipts and the download are handled by Gumroad. We never see your full card details. Gumroad shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can support your purchase and process refunds. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

The workbook

Cash Command OS Complete is a spreadsheet file you keep. The numbers you enter stay in your own copy of the file (or your own Google account, if you use Google Sheets). We cannot see them.

Hosting, fonts and cookies

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and protect the service. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
