The product

What is Cash Command OS?

A 13-week cash forecasting and decision system for owners of service businesses. It shows where your bank balance is heading week by week, and lets you test decisions like a late invoice, a new expense or a hire before you commit.

Can I buy it today?

Yes. Cash Command OS Complete is a workbook for Excel and Google Sheets, delivered instantly after checkout through Gumroad. Buy it here. The demo on this site runs on a fictional business, and modules on the Features page are labeled as included or partly included.

Who is it for?

Owners of established agencies, consultancies, studios and project-based firms, where payroll is regular but client payments are lumpy. It is less useful for businesses paid at the point of sale.

Does it replace my bookkeeper or accountant?

No. Your books record what happened. This forecast plans what's likely to happen to cash next. Tax, accounting and financing questions still belong with qualified professionals.

Pricing

What will it cost?

Cash Command OS Complete is $199 one-time during the founding launch, planned to rise to $299. No subscription. Payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad.

Why one-time instead of a subscription?

The weekly work is yours: updating a balance and a few dates. We'd rather you own the system than rent it. If ongoing services are offered later, they will be optional.

Is there a refund?

Yes. If it is not useful within 30 days, reply to your receipt email for a full refund. No call needed.

Privacy and data

Do you need my bank login?

No. The system is designed around figures you enter yourself. Bank connections, if ever offered, would be optional.

Does the free calculator send my numbers anywhere?

No. The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you type are not sent, stored or included in analytics. Closing the page clears them.

What happens to information I put in the contact form?

It is used to contact you about Cash Command OS and nothing else. The form asks for contact details and a rough business profile, never account numbers or bank details. See the privacy page.

Compatibility

What do I need to use it?

Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets with a free Google account, on a computer. The demo and calculator on this website also work on tablets and phones.

Does it connect to QuickBooks, Xero or my bank?

Not at launch. Integrations are being considered based on what customers use. You can enter figures from any accounting tool or spreadsheet.

Forecasting

How does the forecast work?

Each week starts with the previous week's ending cash, adds the payments you expect to receive that week and subtracts the bills you expect to pay. Repeated for 13 weeks, that gives you a balance for every week and shows your lowest point.

Why 13 weeks?

Thirteen weeks is one quarter. It's long enough to cover a full payroll and billing cycle, and short enough that your estimates stay realistic.

What can't it guarantee?

It cannot guarantee that clients pay when you expect, that costs won't change, or that a decision will turn out well. A forecast is only as accurate as the dates and amounts you enter. It is a planning tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.
