One weekly system for cash, collections and the decisions in between

Cash Command OS is being built as six connected modules. Each label below tells you exactly where it stands today.

What the labels mean

13-Week Cash Forecast

The core of the system. Start from today's bank balance and lay out every expected payment in and bill out, week by week.

  • Ending balance for each of the next 13 weeks
  • Your lowest point and the week it happens
  • A reserve floor line you set yourself
  • Line-by-line detail behind every week

  • See the change against your on-time plan
  • Planned: rank invoices by forecast impact

Weekly Decision Report

A one-page Monday summary for you, a partner or your bookkeeper.

  • Where cash lands this week and at the low point
  • What moved since last week, and why
  • Open decisions that need an answer

Design principles

Built to be used every Monday, not once a quarter

Cash, not accounting

The system tracks when money actually moves. It does not replace your bookkeeping software or your accountant.

Every number is explainable

Each week's balance is opening cash plus listed money in minus listed money out. No black-box predictions.

No bank connection required

You enter the figures you choose to enter. The plan is to keep bank linking optional, not required.

Decisions over dashboards

Every screen should help answer a real question: can we afford this, and when.

See the forecast react to a late invoice

The demo uses a fictional nine-person agency. Move a payment date and watch the low point shift.
